### This Release Contains The Following Changes

- **Number and Percentage Formatting** — decimal values now keep their trailing zeros, so "zero point zero zero percent" renders as `0.00%` (previously `0%`); and Malay transcripts now convert spoken numbers to numerals.
- **Streaming No-Audio Close Reason** — streaming sessions that are closed after a no-audio timeout now report a `no_audio_timeout` (`NET-0002`) close reason instead of a generic close. If your client parses the close reason, expect the new value.
